Consulting — Strategy & Execution

I believe in Learning by Doing. Meaning: I fail, learn, correct, adjust and come up with something that actually works.

There are chapters in life you rarely write about publicly. What remains are skills one would never have learned and needed otherwise — and the certainty that a lowpoint is rarely the end of the story. Hence the phoenix. Not as a stock pose, but as a reminder, as motivation, as an attitude. Fall. Rise. Grow. Repeat.

From the Ashes

Curiosity beats perfection.

I believe in learning by doing. Trying, failing, adapting, learning, repeating.

I rarely reach an understanding through raw theory alone. I need a real problem, the chance to test — and a few failed attempts.
That doesn’t mean I rush into tasks without any preparation. It means I come up with an initial solution early rather than building quietly on something that misses the goal. A half-finished approach that can be discussed is more valuable than a finished one that no one needed.

When I believe in a goal, a project, an idea, a vision, I commit fully. If I realize I am wrong, I own up to it and benefit from the experience gained.

The Ascent

My path so far.

06/2026 — Present

Consultant — Technology Consulting

EY · Stuttgart

I work with the Dynamics 365 platform, focusing on Business Central, AI integration (Copilot), and the Power Platform. I see great potential — particularly in the synergies within the Microsoft ecosystem — to re-think complex processes in a future-proof way.

10/2024 — 05/2026

Trainee → Consultant

KUMAVISION AG · Stuttgart

I started as a Trainee and soon took on the role of deputy project lead for an international Business Central rollout. I then moved into a consultant role — providing consulting services, functional support across several departments and training new colleagues.
The most challenging part of a rollout is rarely the technology itself, but the coordination and alignment required to support it.

10/2021 — 09/2024

Dual studies Business Administration — Digital Commerce Management

DHBW Heidenheim · Geiger GmbH & Co. KG, Aalen

Dual Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Digital Commerce Management, rotating through all company-relevant departments. Bachelor’s thesis: Strategic analysis to increase digital revenue.

Toolset

What I bring to the table.

I work where business processes meet Microsoft technology — close to the people who use the system every day. Certificates are the foundation; what counts is what comes out of it in practice.

Core Expertise

  • Business Central – consulting, configuration, rollout support
  • AI in the Microsoft world – where Copilot & co. genuinely carry, and where they don’t
  • Process understanding – first grasp how people actually work, then talk system architecture

Tools & Methods

  • Dynamics 365 – focused on Business Central
  • Copilot – in productive use, not just demo mode
  • Power Platform – automation and small applications around it

Embers

What keeps me curious.

Motorcycling

Twisty roads, speed, focus — and a few hours during which I don’t think about anything else.

Chess

Patience, patterns, and thinking a few moves ahead.

Darts

A steady hand, friendly rivalry and the chase for the first 180.

Music

The most constant companion — from focus playlists through hard-techno to a live concert.

Photography

Slowing down to capture light, design and the quiet details.

Reading

Thrillers, historical novels, sometimes even non-fiction — anything that keeps me thinking.

In the Light

Through the lens.

Photography helps me slow down and see the same object from several angles. Usually it’s my own motorcycles and cars — less the machine itself than the design, the light and the story around it.
